The Hunger Games- cause and effect

Author's Note: I wrote this piece on the cause and effect of the book The Hunger Games.

In the book the book The Hunger Games there were 13 districts to start off with. District thirteen then lead a rebellion along with the other districts against the capitol. When they did this the capitol defeated all if the districts. District thirteen was then destroyed.

In effect to this the capitol designed a game called The Hunger Games. In these games they take 24 children between the ages of 12 and 18 to fight to their deaths every year and only one person will be  crowned the victor. The capitol created the games so that they could show the districts that they have complete control over them and do whatever they want to them.

  1. I really think that the way you wrote this made it clear what the conflict and the resolution were. I thought that the only thing I would add is what would have happened if district 13 hadn't rebelled, would there still be a hunger games.
